There’s something happening here but what it is ain’t exactly clear.
Sound familiar??
These days many things seem uncertain, yet the truth is: life was always uncertain.
Control has always been an illusion and now because we are experiencing so many changes in what we used to consider “normal”, things can feel a little overwhelming. Almost like we have no control at all. So here it is:
We can’t control the external.
In fact, we never have.
We can control the internal.
Our emotions and our behaviour.
We can control how we respond, how we act, what we think and what we choose to do.
Our life responds to our thoughts about our life.
If we believe life is crazy, chaotic or limited - that is what we will experience.
If we believe life is corrupt and fearful and hostile, that is what we will experience. If we believe we are a victim - guess what….?
On the other hand, if we believe in human kindness, love, joy, authenticity and the resiliency of the human spirit - you guessed it, we get more of that!
What thoughts are you choosing?
What if you want to choose joyful loving thoughts but are overwhelmed and distracted and seem to only be able to think about the stress or the chaos?
That’s where your vibration comes in. A high vibration creates high quality thoughts.
When we raise our vibration - we create a high frequency magnet that effortlessly pulls us towards higher states of consciousness, improved thoughts, higher quality life experiences and like minded high vibrational people.
….Ever heard of:
Your Vibe creates your Tribe. That’s what I’m talking about!!
So how do you raise that vibration of yours?
Obviously it starts with you.
We know for sure that there are many options we can choose from to help raise our frequency. Little changes = BIG RESULTS.
Here is a little list I’ve compiled to help you get started. Some of these are pretty simple, and perhaps common sense but we don’t often choose the simple path - do we?
Choose one per day.
Choose one a week.
Choose several everyday.
Just choose and start attracting better.
High quality, fresh foods and water in our belly.
Proper sleep is super important.
Fresh air, sunlight and nature (including plants, rocks, water, crystals, etc) Mother Nature is ultra abundant.
Singling, chanting using our voices! Energy loves Expression. Seriously, this is so important that I’m going to write a whole article of this topic!
Moving our bodies. Workout , walk, yoga, stretch, bike, hike…. Just move.
Meditation: stillness and silence. It just makes sense.
Connect with likeminded people and have real conversations. Talk about ideas, interests, inspiration, goals and dreams - not people.
Expand your mind. Turn off TV programming and read a book, research something. Even watch a documentary. Just no traditional “programming”. It actually lowers your vibration and drains your energy.
Build, repair, create or clean something. Using our mind and body to accomplish something worthwhile always makes us feel better.
Obviously it goes without saying: energy work & breath work. We are energy first, biology second. Our breath is life moving through us.
