A good health is the cornerstone of your ultimate happiness and fulfillment in life. Growing up in the rural parts of South Korea as a child, natural village medicine influenced me in a profound way when I chose to become a Naturopathic Doctor.
I am passionate about the Healing Power of Nature (Vis Medicatrix Naturae) which is the primary principle of the Naturopathic Medicine. I truly believe that the body has an ability to heal itself when various obstacles to health are removed (such as poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, or bad health habits like smoking or over stressing) and are provided with the proper natural therapeutic agents (such as good nutrition, Exercise and positive mindset) it will surely return to its original wholesome healthy state in the absence of diseases and discomforts.
I am a board certified Naturopathic Doctor and I practice a general family medicine with focus on nutrition, hormone balance, and digestive health. I have special interests in the organ detox/cleansing and natural weight loss. I am also interested in treating pain and injuries, and promoting relaxation and overall wellness.
Outside my clinical practice, my other passions include being creative and active with my children, Opera singing, gourmet cooking, entertaining with my husband and travelling.

Dear readers,
My name is Dr. Julia Gill and I am a Naturopathic Doctor. Today I would like to share with you an old Hydrotherapy Technique that you can use at home. It is called Wet Sock Hydrotherapy and it is used to draw congestion away from the upper part of the body. Wet sock treatments are also beneficial in cases of fever, nasal congestion, headaches, or any condition that benefits from increased circulation to the feet.
Wet Sock Hydrotherapy 🧦
Wet Socks (at the onset of cold or sore throat symptoms) – wet two thin socks in cold water and wring them out well. Put on the wet socks and then put a thicker pair (ideally wool socks) overtop. Then get into bed. The socks should dry out within an hour of getting into bed. You may need to do this a few nights in a row.
....Wishing you Bliss,
Siobhan O'Sullivan
